Emily Seymour Mind Body MandalaEmily McKinnon began studying dance and yoga in 1995. This marked the beginning of a thirty year exploration of holistic movement styles. Emily has over 3,000 training hours in dance, yoga, Qigong, strength training, and Pilates. She has had the pleasure of teaching thousands of people of all ages for the past twenty years. Her master’s research led to developing her own style of somatic strength, flexibility and mobility training. Her passion is leading safe, effective, and integrated sessions. Emily resides in Pecos, Texas with her husband where they enjoy cooking, swimming, and traveling.
