Emily began studying dance and yoga in 1995, marking the beginning of a thirty-year exploration of holistic movement styles. With over 3,000 training hours encompassing dance, yoga, qigong, strength training, and Pilates, she has spent the past twenty years teaching thousands of students of all ages.

Her master’s research culminated in her signature style of personalized somatic training. Emily is dedicated to leading safe, effective, and integrated sessions that empower her clients to master their own movement.

Based in Pecos, Texas, Emily enjoys cooking, swimming, and restorative adventures with her husband.

My Philosophy:

I view somatic training as a medium for life force energy cultivation and enhanced states of awareness. My method weaves classical Tantra with somatic technologies—conscious dance, Hatha yoga, slow motion strength training, and qigong. It is my honor to facilitate intentional fitness that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.
